Our Dentists

Dr Harmit Kalsi - Principal Dentist 
BDS (Manc) DGDP (UK) MGDS RCS (Eng) Cert. Dent. Implant(Lille2)

Dr Kalsi is a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD). His particular interests are Advanced Reconstructive, Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry and Treatment of nervous patients using sedation techniques. Harmit has taught Undergraduate Dental Students at Guy's Hospital and has been involved in postgraduate teaching of dentists for several years at Woolwich, Kingston, and Barnet General Hospitals. In 2004 Harmit was appointed an examiner by the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

 

Dr Dan Beaumont
Associate Dentist

Dr Beaumont (BDS) qualified in Leeds in 2000. He spent six and a half years working in a very successful practice in York before leaving to get married and spend his honeymoon in South America. Daniel enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has completed further educational courses in advanced restorative dentistry.

 

Dr Fotis Stavaras

DDS (2002), MSc in Orthodontics (2010)
Photios received his Diploma in Dentistry in Greece in 2002. Having worked as a dentist in Greece, he moved to the UK where he practiced general dentistry. He completed a three year specialisation degree at the Aarhus School of Dentistry in Denmark in 2006, obtaining his MSc in Orthodontics and is registered as a specialist with the GDC.

 

Dr R Bhogal
Associate Dentist
BDS (Lond) MJDF( RCS Eng)

Rimmi qualified from Kings College, London in 2006; during her undergraduate training she received several letters of excellence in clinical dentistry. This was followed by eighteen months of general professional training in hospital appointments in a number of different dental specialities including Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, Haemophilia, Special Care, Sedation and Restorative Dentistry. Within this period of general professional training, Dr Bhogal obtained The Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at The Royal College of Surgeons of England MJDF (RCS Eng). She has since returned to General Practice, with particular interests in Cosmetic and Restorative dentistry, as well as oral surgery. Dr Bhogal is currently splitting her time in Oxfordshire and Sheen Dental practice, (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday).

 

 

 

 

 

Kamilla Slabon
Dental Therapist and Hygienist

Kamilla is our Therapist/ Hygienist. Her dedication to her patients has proved to be a huge asset to our clinic. She aims to help every patient to achieve optimal oral health. Her professional and caring approach makes her very popular amongst our patients as she ensures you are relaxed and comfortable at every visit.

Nena Gruber
Dental Nurse


Nena has been at Sheen Dental for a number of years and is highly qualified in the dental field. She is an extremely valuable team member. She is great at helping you feel relaxed on your arrival and really pays attention to making your visit as comfortable as possible. She assists Dr Rashid, Dr Bhogal and Dr Cholia, the Orthodontist.

 

Mandy Myram
Customer Relations and Reception


Mandy Myram has been with us since March, having recently moved back to the UK from Spain, where she was living for many years. She’s experienced in customer relations and reception, and strives to help us deliver the constantly high levels of customer care we expect.

 

 

Philippa Clapton
Dental Nurse

Philippa Clapton has joined our reception team, coming to us from another local practice. She has already shown a real flare for nursing and may train as a dental nurse enabling her to juggle the two roles. She has a bright, bubbly personality that all patients seem to warm to.
